   The sleek FreeMotion Commercial Recumbent Exercise Bike provides a remarkably comfortable and effective, low-impact aerobic workout. Working in the semi-reclined position strengthens and tones the muscles in the hips, thighs and buttocks while protecting the lower back. This commercial model includes the 12.1in flat panel LCD screen.
   Integrated directly into the console, this engaging addition includes easy-to-reach buttons for channel and volume control. Getting off on and on the FreeMotion bike is easy and safe for all users with the convenient low frame, step through design. With 20 levels of the custom-designed Electromagnetic Resistance System (ERS), FreeMotion offers consistent resistance that guarantees a powerful, cardiovascular workout.
   The QuickTouch feature allows the user to adjust exercise intensity or workout program at the simple touch of a button to simply and accurately target individual goals. This commercial-grade exercise bike features a self-tensioning Flextonic Belt which requires less maintenance, keeps pedal motion smooth and dramatically reduces noise.
   Heart rate is monitored via contact sensors or a polar compatible chest strap. Seat adjustment is simple and effective as the sliding seat allows users to simply lift a lever, slide and lock into place. The extra-wide, self-leveling pedals include polymer toe straps for safe and secure foot placement. With design features that ensure durability and protect against corrosion, the safe and effective FreeMotion Commercial Recumbent Bike is the ideal choice for any gym or sports club.
