The seat on the Hammer Strength Leg Press is angled at 35 degrees and adjusts in 1/2" increments. It's footplate is designed to maintain the ankle at 90 degrees throughout the entire movement preventing undesirable forces in the ankle. This machine design encourages proper exercise performance with initiation by pushing down through the hips. One of the top ten selling Hammer Strength machines.
